What is Passe.ID?

A compliance-first football scouting platform. It connects athletes, academies, scouts, agents and guardians in one place, with LGPD and ECA built in.

Is it free?

Athletes and guardians are free forever. Academies start free with up to 10 athletes. Scouts and agents have a free tier with limits and paid plans from R$49/mo.

Why must scouts go through academies?

Because minors are involved. The academy knows the athlete, the context, the family. No scout talks to an affiliated athlete without the academy approving first — and the guardian next.

How does ECA compliance work?

Every minor has a baseline guardian consent required by law (Articles 17, 18 and 240 of the ECA statute). Passe.ID enforces that consent as a condition for the profile to exist and as a mandatory gate on every conversation.

Can my child sign up alone?

No. Minors only exist on the platform with explicit guardian consent. The guardian has a real account with a mirror view of each linked child.
